PAYMENT:
​We have chosen to cooperate with Paypal and Stripe, and you will easily pay your order with your credit card.
​For now we only have the prices available in Swedish Crowns. We appologize for the inconvenience this might bring you.

DELIVERY:
​For orders within Sweden, we use Postnord as first option. The parcel will be delivered to your nearest agent. For orders outside of Sweden we use Postnord and UPS. Delivery time is approximately 7 days, depending on current stock. For overseas orders the shipping time might be longer due to the transporter. If an item is out of stock for longer than one week, we will send you an email regarding this.

DAMAGED GOODS:
​If your parcel looks damaged when you receive it, report this directly to the transport agent. If you open your parcel and discover a damaged item, contact us immediately on email: info@ritat.se
​Any claims on damaged goods must be reported within 7 days to be considered.

RETURN RIGHTS:
​You have right to return your purchase within 14 days. The item has to be unused and returned in its original packing without damage. .Return freight is payed by customer with a freight company providing a tracking number. This is since it is the customers responsibility that the returned goods will not disappear during freight.

Sweden:
Orders over 500 SEK are freight free.
​Orders under 500 SEK will have an additional cost of 49:- SEK
Norway:
Orders over 500 SEK are freight free
​Orders under 500 SEK will have an additional cost of 79:- SEK
Europe within the EU
Orders over 1000  SEK are freight free
​Orders under  1000 SEK will have an additional cost of 79:- SEK
​Europe outside the EU
​Orders over 1200 SEK are freight free
​Orders under  1200  SEK will have an additional cost of 120 SEK
​USA and ASIA
Orders over 2000 SEK are freight free
​Orders under 2000 SEK have an additional cost of  200 SEK
AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEELAND
​Orders over 2500 SEK are freight free.
​Orders under 2500 SEK have an additional cost of 300 SEK
